it all happened in 1U

The first week of class, the week where we tend to find all the excuse in the world to slack and not start work =__=

Went to 1U to watch confessions of a shopaholic! we got free tickets becoz suets had a newspaper cut out which gave us four tickets for the movie free!

Had to say this is one of the rare comedy films that made me LOL, Isla Fisher is such a good actress =)

Before we entered the cinema we had to queue up and stuff, because our tickets are free seating so whoever is there first get to choose their own seats. So when we were allowed to go in, Malaysians being Malaysians, everyone tried their best to hide their kiasu-ness and run/walk to the movie hall wtf.  Turns out the first fella (probably the most kiasu 1) went into the wrong hall, and like Malaysians we all conformed and went into the same wrong hall wtf (including us wtf). Then only after a while SOMEBODY (the wrong hall is already filled to almost half) noticed it is the wrong hall wtf. And the kiasu ness continued by every1 running to the the right hall, which is the hall next to the wrong hall =_=

Classes r full of stress as usual so i’ll fast forward to friday!

Suets wanted some1 to accompany her to go rock climbing at 1U with Mr Zhao aka the cameraman for our psychology night dinner, and I r a backup V(Y_Y)V, because cassie and nisha can’t go with her. They only allow 2 newbies in for free.

*lighting +organ sound effect* wtf

Because we’re newbies so we get to enter for free, renting the shoes cost 12 bucks tho. But it’s definitely worth it!

Mr Zhao was very patient with us dei he damn pro know all the terms n shit and knows all the moves wtf i feel so safe with him WTF.

Bromance moment WTF (i know the entry will start to lose it’s purpose from this point onwards wtf)

Me reaching the top woo hoo! my mom will kill me if she sees this =__=

wooo badass pic…. pun not intended WTF *runs*
Mr Zhao aka SPIDAMAN wtf

It’s really a good experience, really glad i went, my funny cells r all asleep coz i’m so sleepy ~_~

YB Gobind Singh asked to leave parliament vid

In case u haven’t seen how our parliament is like…

This happened around a week ago, when YB Gobind Singh asked in parliament why isn’t Najib trialed as a witness etc etc, I don’t know the details but something like that lah. He was asked to leave by the speaker and suspended for 1 year without pay.

If u feel like watching more, there’s a lot of videos like this on youtube.

On the spot

UMNO just made a joke out of themselves unintentionally again! gosh it’s stupid mistakes like this make me wonder why is there a need to watch tv dramas wtf.

As y’all know UMNO is going to have their election again and members who wish to become candidates need to register in order to become legitimate candidates. So this fella  Datuk Seri Mohd Ali Rustam who is the Malacca chief minister (head of the state i think) was denied to become a candidate becoz of illegally using third party personel in his election campaigns, in other words, his ‘3rd party’ people have been found guilty of vote-buying aka CORRUPTION. But he is still the chief minister of melacca.

The infamous son in law was also guilty of the same offense, but was only given a warning, i wonder why =__=

I think most people who saw the news weren’t surprised la, news about UMNO related to corruption is like saying Fish n’ Chips have fish fillet and fries wtf. But today i saw on fb wat uncle lim said on his facebook (yes he has a facebook, and i am his friend! weee wtf), which is…..

SPOT ON!!!!!!! how come i didn’t noticed that omg la wtfff so true dei.

Basically what UMNO is saying now unintentionally is “Datuk Seri Mohd Ali Rustam is not fit to be the candidate for the deputy president position BUT he is still CORRUPT enough to be the chief minister of fellow Malacca people” way to go UMNO wtf.

Maybe there’s a rating scale for the maximum corruption scoring to be chief minister of a state, let’s say a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being the least corrupted and 10 being the most corrupted.

‘ he score a 6 out of 10, which means he is corrupt enough to be a chief minister but not corrupt enough to be a deputy president for UMNO, ur still screwed ha-ha’

The picture above and its caption are completely fictional just in case they ISA me wtf.

Anniversary

It’s already been a year since the 8th of march aka the day the people decided to vote against BN, but honestly speaking, can u really feel the difference between before and after the general election?

Have all the promises made during the election campaigns been fulfilled by the representatives? or are they going to just pave the roads and give out ang paos at the local wet market when election season is around the corner again? Are they going to make emotional speeches with fake tears in their eyes and talk about how passionate they are in trying to make people’s lives better; if you vote for them of course wtf. Are they going to find out what the people want, just so that they could use it to stir up the people’s emotions when they attend their election speeches, and once they won the seat they will conviniently forget what they promised you. Are they going to find their opponent’s soft spot and use it to make personal attacks and tarnish other people’s image?

Somehow I will not be surprised if all of the above happens in the next general election. Mind you all of the above applies to both politicians from the present government and to the politicians of the opposition, nobody’s perfect, and they are still politicians at the end of the day wtf.

Gimme a Y! Gimme a M! Gimme a C! Gimme an A! wtf

The guy on the left is going to represent BN for the by-election in Bukit Selambau. The guy on the right… likes a particular form of firework wtf … oh he’s going to be PM soon wtf. Picture taken from The Star

The reason why i’m writing this is because hor, if u see hor, it’s already been a year dei, can u actually see the present government aka BN trying harder to win back the people’s votes ar? I don’t know about other parts of the country la, but I can’t see much efforts being made by the BN to actually to create a new image for themselves. Yeah sure Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC aka the new ACA) have been investigating some UMNO members yadi yada but they are catching all the small fries only what about the big fish like the dunno wat Khir fella who is so infamous for his corruption i came to know about him thru his corruption even though he was the head of the ex-selangor government wtf.

Khir fella, he is rumored to have gotten Botox wtf, don’t know using whose money tho. Picture taken from HERE.

Instead of focusing on winning back the people’s hearts, throughout the last year…. there’s been ISA arrest la, rumors of BN trying to bribe PR politians to jump over to BN la (oh wait, that’s not a rumor is it wtf), there’s people stopping other people into going into assembly halls la, there’s people sending blackmails with bullets inside la, there’s people demonstrating la, there’s people vandalizing a tree la (omg so bad ass i so sked wtf), there’s people insulting each other in parliament la, there’s a group of UMNO youth members  ganging up on a guy on a wheel chair (right outside the parliament) la, there’s people taking private intimate photos of a politician and spreading it all over the internet la…….. The point is, OI U ASSHOLES! DO YOUR JOB LA AND MAKE SURE WE DON’T GET SCREWED BY THE GIANT ECONOMY TSUNAMI RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER THAT IS AFFECTING THE REST OF THE WORLD!!

Hee Yit Foong, when asked whether rumors about her ‘jumping’ over from DAP to BN is true, she denied it…..she jumped the next day WTFOMGBBQCCBDNS. Picture taken from Malaysia Kini

I can totally imagine our politicians being too carried away by all the dramas and forgetting that the world is actually facing an economic crisis, so the people will end up being the victims of their squabbles and what nots. When is BN going to understand that they have suffered a great loss on March 8th and by doing all this insignificant political stunts is only going to secure a even major defeat in the general election to come, instead of improving themselves and accepting defeat, they are still at the stage of being a sour puss and trying to gain power by force, just look at perak now <_<

PR shouldn’t take things lightly either, victories like this don’t come around easily especially in Malaysia. With Najib becoming the PM soon who knows what will happen to our country, he might unite BN again, which is kinda unlikely but it’s better to not take any chances… So it’s already been a year and PR can no longer say they are not performing well because they have just settled into a new government as an excuse anymore, it’s time to show us the ‘change’ they promised us right?

Oh my look at the time… dota time wtf. Happy holidays psychos ;)

wavelengths

It’s been almost a week since our exams ended dei last time this week we are still busy cramping and memorizing journals but now that memory seems so far away Y_Y tears of joy wtf.

Still haven’t gotten my hands on the Psychology Night photos yet!  Hard to blog without photos =\I think overall everything went quite well, not much hiccups and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. Let’s hope the juniors can do an equally good job or an even better job than us la coz we’re graduating next year and we better have a bloody nice farewell dinner la wtf. I think part of the reason y the night turned out so well is because of the many talented people involved in the preparation of the event la, we have Mr Crz with his negotiating skillz & badass contact list that made the whole goodie bag so full of stuffs, we have people who are good with designing like suwoan minyi coughmecough, we have people who are good dancers and choreographers like nisha and the girls (which are made out of talented ppl who are talented in other areas oso oh gosh wtf), we have people who knows how to play instruments like suwoan cassie sii ying and that girl tat played the gu zheng who reminded me of a brothel madam, we have people who already know how to use a polystyrene cutter (i had no idea wtf) and how to deco the place. Doing all that within such limited amount of time while busy writing reports and revising for exams. I salute u crazy psychos wtf. I just realized that we forgot to take a commitee group photo! argh really too bad la.

The stage

Just yesterday I attended a talk by the lecturers from Lancaster’s psychology department, mostly about forensic psychology and interviewing techniques to enchance witness’ ability to recall events that had happened, and i found it to be quite interesting, even more interesting than clinical psychology come to think of it. And i’m quite sure there’s lack of manpower in this type of occupation so… i guess it’s really something that i can look into as a future profession. I like to read stories about serial killers and criminal behaviors, so i thought y not use specialize in that eh, as we all know crime in malaysia ain’t getting any better anytime soon. Then if i were to become a forensic psychology of sorts then i’ll be fighting crime wtf, can imagine wearing a spandex uniform and interrogating the suspect in a CCTV monitored detention room wtf ok u might wanna think about something else wtf.

And just today i attended the talk by the same Lancaster lecturer also about forensic psychology and eye witness testimony stuffs, turns out it’s the same stuffs i heard yesterday duh =_= but this time is different cause a lot of police officers attended the talk dei, but i bet most of them are there because of orders wtf. And some police officers have very cutesy ring tones wtf coz they forgot to switch their phone to silent mode. After the talk just as i was about the leave, i saw they served free coffee so like any other malaysian i took full advantage of that wtf. It was then a guy next to me asked me whether i was a psychology student, his name was Mr Wong. So he asked me some stuffs at first then asked why i chose to study there etc. But boy can this guy talk man, we talked from how psychology can be applied in almost every field of work there is to talking about how his daughter came up with a tagline for the gardens @ midvalley, and by the time i knew it we already talked for 2 hours =__= at the end of the day i gave him my blog address haha zha dou so weird, momma told me not to talk to strangers wtf. Because of him now i feel compelled to go Starhill and visit the toilets wtf yes i am weird just like that wtf. Mr Wong if u r reading this i’m currently finding which road to take to get to Starhill =_=

And i managed to find some pretty interesting journals for my thesis woot woot, such an exciting week wtf.
