It took them 50 bloody long years to figure out this plan, gee thanks a lot Najib u damn hero la now.

WOAH dude, be a bit more subtle about trying to fish for votes la, he basically just announced to the world that he made this plan TO GAIN SUPPORT FOR HIS PARTY. Wtf la the scholarship is under the PUBLIC SERVICE DEPARTMENT not under the BARISAN NATIONAL DEPARTMENT [insert swear word].

Gosh trying to build chinese schools again to get votes, this is so last decade techniques.

I haven’t buy the tickets for transformers 2 la! it can already be bought but here I am, not hardcore enough to go to the cinema to buy (have to buy @ cinema or buy online with credit card, which I don’t have). Because I wanna stay home and study instead of going out just to buy the tics ma! see la I not that chisin about it wan I can still control my urge to watch wtf

There was a transformers 2 ticket competition on Timothy Tiah’s blog, but apparently I was a few hours too late, it was on a first come first serve basis and u have to write about how badly u want to watch it,  even though I wrote heartfelt letter to Timothy about how badly I wanted to watch the movie I was still too late…  So this video is the only thing that can make me feel better now Y_Y Girls can cry by watching Marley and Me, guys can cry when they watch transformers T_T damn u testosterone!

I manage to print screen some pretty badass screenshots from the video T_T y am i still crying wtf . They purposely made those scenes from the movies full of fancy neon lights and heat signatures and make it damn blurry n stuff  T____T damn those bastards wtf . But fear not! There are still some pretty nice and clean scenes I manage to print screen wtf.

Are You an Online Gamer?

SAY YES DAMMNIT

yeah that pretty much sums up my weekend.

In case you still don’t know, I’m currently doing my thesis on online gamer’s mental health, more specifically, Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (MMORPG) players.

On Saturday morning Ms G called and told me about an online game event happening at One-U, apparently they started on Friday but I had no idea Y_Y So Saturday morning, I rushed straight to One-U to try to get some surveys done. After trying to be cute (I think I unconsciously tried to be cute wtf) to get the manager’s permisison to do my surveys there, she gave me permission and gave me her card wtf. I was so excited at first but I have no questionnaires with me at that time since I only photocopied a few for my pilot test. So I had to photocopy some at One-U, and guess how much 30 six pages of questionnaire costs me …. 36 bucks [insert swear word] wtf. I got totally ripped off at this shop at LG called e-print, they charged me 20 cents per page [insert swear word], I had no choice but to pay them since it’s the weekends and most photostating shops are not open zzzz [insert swear word]. At least I’m paying using the muney i earned from part time jobs Y_Y so yea I cried myself to sleep that night wtf.

So for Saturday and Sunday I only managed to get like 30 subjects wth, it was pretty hard because most of the people there are kiddies, my target group was subjects who are 18 years old and above. I can totally understand why older players would not want to be seen there, the whole environment was so kiddy-ish I kid you not (pun not intended), there’s funfare-styled games like throwing hoops onto a pole and there’s freaking clowns all over the place [insert swear word], one clown even asked me y did i look so serious, carrying files and stuff, and when i told him i study psychology he ran away wtf. And the emcee was trying to get the audience all hyped up by making the audience say things like “Maple Maple I love you” *commit seppuku* wtf, after the audience said those bone-chillingly cheesy words they will reward the crowd by throwing game merchandises into the crowd wtf, reminds me of penguin feeding sessions wtf.

One thing I noticed about the people I talked to around there was that Singaporean gamers behaves much more matured compared to Malaysian gamers O_o some of them came all the way from Singapore just to attend the event, and I managed to talk to one of them whom I consider to be a very hardcore player. He’s so friendly he even reaches his hands out to do my questionnaires just when I mention the word ‘survey’, I feel like hugging him and call him brudder wtf.

I didn’t really wanted to do many questionnaires there, the environment was uncontrollable, it was so noisy and there were so many distractions around, but all in all I think I’m around 40% done with my online gamer samples woo hoo!

So with that aside, if you are reading this and if you know any of your friends/relatives that play online games; games like Ragnarok Online, Maplestory, World of Warcraft, Audition, Cabal Online. Please DO let me know! I am willing to travel to anywhere close by if it means I can get  good subject(s).

Unfortunately I’m NOT looking for gamers who only play games like DotA, CS, Left 4 Dead, or Facebook games that kinda thing, I’m looking for MMORPG players! The whole survey will only take about 10 minutes maximum to finish.
